Wow! What a pretty outfit! It is very modest and feminine! Did you make the skirt or buy it? I’d love to get on like it. :-)
I’m having a feminine-related giveaway at my blog. I’m giving away a copy of The Lost Art of True Beauty by Leslie Ludy!

    Thank-you!
No, I didn’t make this skirt… goodness, I’d be a teriffic seamstress if I did! =D Unfortunetly this girl’s hands do more piano playing than trying to figure out how to use the sewing machine.

The photo is beautiful. Apart from yourself, what a lovely part of God’s creation it is set in. So green. Is this your home?
What a pretty skirt! You actually find these styles in the shops? Clothes are such a problem where we live, especially tops. I can buy the cloth to make things, and I can sew. The problem I have is the pattern.
Can anyone help me here? By the way, we live in the province of Tarragona, Spain.

    Thank you! =D
Yes, this is my home. I love it… I’d never want to live anywhere else(unless God wanted me to, of course!)… the country is awesome and so is natural FL in general!

And, yes about the skirt styles. My grandparents took me out to town and even in the department stores at the mall there were actually a good many skirts similer to what I was wearing in the picture. Actually, I got this skirt at Belk’s.
That’s great you can sew your own clothes.

here are a few websites for modest blouse/top patterns

    Thank-you! =D

I got this skirt from Belk’s.
(but that was unusual, as most of my skirts I find at thrift stores! They usually have lots of skirts, long ones too.)

    Blessings!

You look lovely! (and I agree with everyone about the skirt). I just love seeing that it IS possible to dress beautifully and modestly in a modern world and not look like you are about to stand behind a plow. When we can reflect the joy and beauty of Christ, even in the way we dress, it is such a great way to witness even before we’ve even spoken a word!
