“There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are messengers of overwhelming grief and unspeakable love.”
“You have kept count of my wanderings; store my tears in your water-skin -aren’t they already recorded in your book?” {Psalms 56:8}
“Tears are words the heart can’t express”
“Rivers of tears flow down from my eyes, because they don’t observe your Torah.” {Psalms 119:136}
“Tears are the silent language of grief”
“Yes, you have rescued me from death, my eyes from tears and my feet from falling.” {Psalms 116:8}
“Those who sow in tears will reap with cries of joy.” {Psalms 126:5}

My brother studied in his science book that when you cry it’s a form of relief. As girls I think we understand that more than men.
